This is definitely an odd shaped piece, but it was created specifically for the 2006 Laguna Beach Banner Competition. This design was created to scale, which means if selected, I will then be painting it on a 4 foot x 16 foot banner to be displayed on the streets of downtown Laguna Beach. The task actually seems quite daunting, and I'm wondering how that would turn out exactly, but it would great exposure nonetheless.

I just can't help painting about Italy, or the "mediterranean" so to speak. Greece is equally as beautiful. I just love the serene yet bustling marketplaces near wonderfully colored buildings. And of course if you happen to be in a town at the coast, the sunsets are always a great evening's entertainment while strolling the piazza enjoying a fresh melon-flavored gelato.
