This scene is actually from a wine tasting party I attented recently at the home of my good friends Scott and Cristina (look for their protrait elsewhere on this site). It was my first of the kind and was an absolute blast. The atmosphere was fun, good company, some good (and some bad) wines - just a great time to remember.

This is the first painting experimenting with some texturizers. I really like the outcome - it gives the painting some definately interesting texture, and I also added a little gloss to give it a touch of sheen. Very nice effect.
