Title: A Quiet Moment II
This is an original oil painting by artist Christopher Clark. This painting was commissioned by a client who wanted a calm scene with a brunette in front of a beach sunset. I used a model to capture the figure in the right pose under the right lighting, but not being anywhere near a beach, I had to invent one for this painting. That actually was helpful, because I could steer the sun in the direction I needed to match the lighting I had on my model.
